WHITE PUDDING WITH DUCK FOIE GRAS

After the truffled white pudding, we wanted to replace the truffle with our foie gras and we discovered a delight.

You can consume it as an aperitif, accompanied by a glass of champagne or a sweet white wine, as a starter or as a main course accompanied by applesauce.

Ideal for the end of year celebrations but also for treating yourself.

Epicures Bronze Prize 2024

Our Boudin Blanc with duck foie gras, winner of the Epicures 2024 prize, was awarded the bronze medal.
